Alam Sari Restaurant serves a select range of Balinese, Asian and International cuisine made from a variety of fresh, locally grown vegetables and fruits, as well as imported ingredients such as meats, cheese and imported goods. Tropical fruits well known to Bali are incorporated into the menu when they are in season. All coffee and vanilla used in the restaurant is grown in Indonesia, as are the renowned Indonesian spices: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and mace.

We use these flavors in our cooking, baking and drinks. Our bar serves a wide range of fresh fruit juices, lassies, beer, alcoholic drinks, and wine.
